1. Introduction

In connection with Xetra Circular 029/23 distributed on 14 June 2023 which announced the transition to electronic administrative proceedings of admission to trading and introduction of securities, we would like to ask Central Coordinators (CCs), who are already registered, to additionally set up future users of the “eListing Plattform” in the Member Section. This is possible already now, prior to the eListing Plattform’s release on 2 October 2023.

2. Required action

All companies (Issuers, Co-Applicants or their deputies), who in the future will submit applications for admission and introduction via the eListing Plattform, and have not yet handed in the registration form for setup of a CC should do so soon. The form is attached to Xetra Circular 029/23 and can be downloaded from the Xetra website www.xetra.com under the above link.

All companies which have already registered a CC are requested to set up the future users of the eListing Plattform in the Member Section already before 2 October 2023. Future users of the eListing Plattform should also activate their accounts before 2 October 2023.

To enable applications via the eListing Plattform, a final assignment of user rights (read/write and approve rights) within the eListing Plattform is required which is only possible as of 2 October 2023.

3. Details

We strongly recommend that you make yourself acquainted with the necessary steps and select the required settings prior to 2 October 2023.
