1.  Introduction

Deutsche Börse Cash Market is pleased to announce that Deutsche Börse’s group-wide online client portal “Member Section” will be updated on 1 February 2021, enabling new standards for the offered online services.

The completely renewed Member Section 2.0 will enable clients to engage with Deutsche Börse Cash Market – and other business areas of Deutsche Börse Group – in a more intuitive and modernisedway, delivering improved system performance and enhanced functionalities.

3.  Details of the initiative 

A. Features of the Member Section 2.0

The new Member Section 2.0 will have the following features:

Improved system performance

  • state-of-the-art business software to improve the overall system- and process performance
  • seamless access from different end user devices, including a mobile-friendly view

Improved usability and personalisation

  • streamlined look and feel across all applications and user-centric navigation path
  • help-content will be available directly within the application, including tutorial videos and manuals
  • personalised user views, i.e. users only see services they are entitled to use and/or wish to see
  • users can customise their dashboard, triggered by the services they are frequently using

Streamlined processing

  • standardised processes to enhance process flow and transparency
  • integrated booking tool for direct booking of exams or system trainings from the area of Trading & Clearing Administration (Person Admission)
  • Central User Administration (CUA) application which allows to maintain required contacts, e.g. compliance or responsible business contacts

B. Next steps

To make the transition as easy as possible, Deutsche Börse Cash Market will provide clients with further information by means of two Xetra circulars. Deutsche Börse Cash Market will publish the following information in December 2020 and January 2021:

December 2020:

  • detailed information about the login process
  • detailed information about the services and user permissions. Please note: The use of all existing Member Section services will be possible without any restrictions at all times.

January 2021:

  • detailed information about contact migration and contact maintenance

In addition, Deutsche Börse Cash Market will provide you with tutorial videos, user guides and an intuitive help-function as part of the Member Section 2.0 until roll-out.
