As part of Eurex Group, Eurex Repo is a leading provider for international financing in the secured money market business (repo and securities lending). Its highly liquid marketplace combines electronic trading, with the efficiency and safety of clearing as well as standardised collateral management and settlement for secured funding and financing transactions.
A wide range of international fixed income securities and equities can be traded in e.g. EUR, USD, GBP and CHF within the General Collateral (GC) and Special Repo segments.
The Repo, GC Pooling as well as the SecLend Market offer trading opportunities with a fully integrated trading, clearing and settlement. As soon as a trade is concluded Eurex Clearing steps in as central counterparty (CCP) and performs a comprehensive risk and delivery management. The eTriParty Market offers bilateral secured funding transactions without the involvement of Eurex Clearing as CCP. All markets are managed by Eurex Repo GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurex Frankfurt AG.
Eurex Repo GmbH is part of the Eurex Group owned by Deutsche Börse AG. Eurex Repo GmbH is a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) according to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2004/39/EC (MIFID) and is supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
