Release date: 04 Jun 2018

002/2018 Information for issuers regarding inclusion of Structured Products in connection with the extension of trading hours for Structured Products to 08.00 – 22.00 CE(S)T

Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG is planning to extend the trading hours for Structured Products in Continuous Auction from 09.00 – 20.00 CE(S)T to 08.00 – 22.00 CE(S)T with effect from 22 June 2018. The extension of trading hours is subject to the approval by the Exchange Council of Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange).

For inclusions in the Premium Segment, this means that there will be the opportunity to include instruments with individual quoting periods.

We kindly ask you to consider these periods for the Premium Segment in your applications for inclusion in xml and Excel format.

For already included products, we will retain the current quoting periods, unless we receive new instructions.

If you wish to adjust the quoting period, kindly submit the desired quoting period per ISIN (from the alternatives specified in this circular) using the attached Excel template via SFTP or manual upload in the eListing application while observing the file name convention: “BFZ_HZV_Issuer_Delta_[Issuer-Member-ID].xlsx“.

For new quoting periods that should be implemented as of the start date, the Excel file must be submitted until 20 June 2018, 15.30 CEST at the latest.

Adjustment of the quoting period is also possible after 22 June 2018.
