Release date: 29 Jul 2025

Cash Market Readiness Newsflash | Release communication: Update of Company Contact Type required Cash Market Readiness Newsflash

With this Newsflash, we inform you about a required update of the Company Contact Type for Release communication.

Frankfurt Stock Exchange emphasizes the importance of timely and targeted information distribution for successful release and initiative launches. This Newsflash serves as a reminder to update the Company Contact Type with the category "Release" in the Member Section Portal to ensure that Release-related updates reach the appropriate recipients.

Required action

Trading Participants are encouraged to review and update the Company Contact Type in the Member Section Portal of Deutsche Börse Group.

All users

  • who should be receiving the new Release-related information (in addition to Circulars and Newsflashes) are required to have the respective Company Contact Category “Project Coordinator” assigned,
  • who should be acting as point of contact for Release-related connection testing are required to have the respective Company Contact Category “Connection Test Responsible” assigned

via the Member Section Portal.

These assignments complement the existing Newsflash or Circular subscription service, which remains unimpacted.

To ensure flawless preparations for the T7 Release 14.0, the Trading Participants are requested to update the contact details by Friday, 22 August 2025, end of day.

Details of the initiative

The Release Contact Type is crucial for Release-related topics, including targeted outreach on Readiness Statement submission, connection tests, simulations and migrations. There are four categories available for selection.

Category "Project Coordinator" should be assigned to users who should receive all targeted functional and general Release-related updates.

Category "Connection Test Responsible" should be assigned to users who will act as points of contact for Release-related connection testing.

The Categories "Simulation SPOC" and "Technical Contact" are not part of this exercise.

Each Member Section Portal user can assign the respective contact type to themselves, while the Central Coordinator and Deputy Central Coordinator can assign the respective contact type to any of the Member Section Portal users on their behalf.

This can be done via the following paths:

Member Section > Support > My Company Contacts > Contact Types > Release > Category > Project Coordinator > Cash Market > T7

Member Section > Support > My Company Contacts > Contact Types > Release > Category > Connection Test Responsible > Cash Market > T7

Subscription for other markets is also possible at this step.

More details on the Company Contact Type (Category) assignment can be found in the "Contact Type Guide", available in the Member Section under Support > Guides or on the Member Section Support page under Supporting Documents.

If a user needs to assign more than one Company Contact Category, an additional category can be added via the "+Add Category" button in the upper right corner.

Users without a Member Section account must create one first. Guidance on account creation can be found in the "Member Section - Login User Guide," available on the Member Section Support page under "Supporting Documents."

We strongly encourage our Trading Participants to maintain the correct Company Contact Type assignments going forward.

Kind regards,
Your Client Services Team
