1.  Introduction.

With this circular, we would like to inform you that the merger of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG into Deutsche Börse AG was completed. Hereby, Deutsche Börse AG is now the sole operating institution of Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB^®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange).

There is no required action.

3.  Details

As a result of the merger, trading in Structured Products is also operated by Deutsche Börse AG. This means that as of now, Deutsche Börse AG is the contact for all product groups for Trading Participants and Issuers. Existing agreements with Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG are automatically transferred to Deutsche Börse AG with all rights and obligations.
