Around 10,000 companies have reported for the 2024 financial year for the first time based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). We have examined how the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) have been implemented and identified best practice examples and weaknesses in reporting.

However, the CSRD has still not been transposed into German law, and the delay is associated with a high degree of legal uncertainty for companies currently and in the future required to report. So how do we proceed? How can companies prepare for the reporting process in the most efficient and future-oriented way possible?

Claudia Herzog-Kamensky and Julian von Pressentin from Kirchhoff Consult will provide an overview of current CSRD reporting practices. They will also explain how to find a pragmatic approach to the current situation – and at the same time meet the demands of the capital market.

We look forward to your questions and the discussion!
