Christian von Dreising is Head of Equity Capital Markets in the Investment Banking division of Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers AG. For more than 18 years, he has been responsible for corporate and capital market financing for companies from the DACH region. His focus is in particular on small and mid cap companies that are characterized by innovative business models, high degrees of digitalization of the value chain and disproportionate growth rates.

Bernd Wagner was born in Munich, Germany, in 1961. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. Mr. Wagner is an internationally experienced executive with more than thirty years of experience in various industries (IT services, restructuring, private equity, healthcare, aviation, furniture industry and business services), countries and management positions. Previous positions include Member of the Management Board and Supervisory Board at Internationale Möbel-Selection AG, Chief Restructuring Officer at Nexpert AG and Chief Financial Officer at NorCom Information Technology AG.
