New fixed income ETF from Invesco on Xetra: access to the bond market for corporate bonds from developed markets
Since Friday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Invesco has been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.
The Invesco Global Corporate Bond ESG UCITS ETF provides investors with access to a broadly diversified portfolio of taxable corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities and financial companies based in developed markets.
The fixed-rate bonds must have an investment grade rating and a remaining maturity of at least one year. The issuing currency can be CAD, EUR, GBP and USD. An issuer's weighting is limited to 5 per cent. The selected bonds must also have a solid ESG profile.
It is a distributing share class in the fund currency, the US dollar.
