Titel: Podcast

IPOs are often associated with large, anonymously managed companies. But how does this step work for a family business? And how does the culture of a start-up change on the way to a grown-up?

The following questions will be answered in this podcast episode:

  • How does a family-owned company manage to go public
  • Why an IPO is the next big growth step for your start-up
  • Experience from experts on all aspects of the IPO process
  • What kind of changes come with the IPO
  • Which types of investors are eligible for an IPO (especially for family businesses)
  • What visions does a successful company like Bechtle pursue
  • What kind of future trends can we expect for the IT industry
