Once a company has survived the early phase, it becomes interesting for completely different investors. At a roadshow, they introduce themselves to investors, primarily funds and private equity. This later stage financing phase lasts five to six months, during which potential investors put the company through its paces. It's about numbers, numbers, numbers. But not only that.
